Finally, (to Jaxon's delight) we carved our pumpkins!! We all went over to my Mum & Dad's house tonight to celebrate my dad's birthday....we had yummy Chili & Rolls followed by chocolate birthday cake & Ice cream. Then we got busy carving our pumpkins. Jaxon was a good helper - helping me & dad pull out the insides of the pumpkins, and he couldn't wait till we were finished carving them. (Jax & dad did a face & i did a cat) He thought they turned out pretty awesome. We had lots of fun hanging out with the family and thought everyone did a great job with their pumpkins!!

Watch out below: Scary faces!!

We had so much fun - we love this family tradition!
Last week we went with Grandma Krupa, Aunt Sarah, Lauren, Madi & Grandpa Smith to pick out some pumpkins at the pumpkin patch. Jaxon was so excited to finally get his pumpkin....although he wasn't too happy that he couldn't carve it up right there and then. He has asked every day since we bought them home "can we cut my pumpkin today?" Somedays he has been fine when we told him "no", other days tears have been shed!! He loved to pull the wagon around looking for the "perfect" pumpkin.....of course he couldn't leave Dad out and he made sure he picked Dad a good one too!
Jaxon LOVED this Elmo with the pumpkins

Millie holding her pumpkin (that Jaxon picked out for her.....she was too busy eating her animal crackers to care)

Happy 62nd birthday DAD!! We just wanted you to know how much we love you. You are such a wonderful Dad & Grandpa. We are so thankful for all that you have done for us - You truly are a great man and we hope that you had a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY. We love you!

We always say that Millie is a little piggy - you couldn't tell by looking at her (she is only in the 5th % for weight) but she can eat SO much food. She will go to anyone who has food, as long as they are willing to share. Well, last week Millie was outside at G & G Drakes, just walking around while Grandpa was getting a paper airplane down from the roof for Uncle Josh.....when Grandpa noticed that Millie had something in her mouth, so he went over to investigate. Well, Grandpa found her eating POOP that a little neighbor dog had left in their front yard!! That's right - Millie ate dog poop! - SO GROSS!! He quickly took her into the bathroom and cleaned her up. Thank goodness Grandpa found her (i don't think i could have handled cleaning up that!) When he was done he said he really wasn't in the mood for dinner anymore.....can't say I blame him!
His Skateboard/Bike ramp from Mummy & Daddy
Jax got 2 remote controls from G & G Krupa - a Jeep and a Dodge truck. Dad couldn't believe Grandma would ever buy a Dodge - we're a FORD family you know!! - wait, my van is a Dodge?!? - i guess it only matters when trucks are involved!

One night we went over to see Auntie Marj (Mum's sister) and her husband Mick. My Cousin Becky stopped by to say hi (Everyone says we look a lot alike)
I had a fun get together with some girls i went to school with when i lived in England. It was nice to see them all and catch up with all that is going on in their lives (Thanks to face book, which helped us all get back in contact with each other.)

The Alderly Edge Train Station. This is where i would catch the train everyday to go home from School!
We had such a great time. It was so nice just to see my family -(Thanks to all of you for the fun & for all that you dis for us!!). But i was ready to come home, to see Kent & Jaxon- Thanks to everyone that helped watch Jax while i was gone.
Jared & Jo sent Jax a proper English football shirt, he even had his name put on the back. Jaxon thinks it is AWESOME and always wants to wear it - he also keeps asking when he is starting Soccer - Not till the spring buddy!!
